Access Your Patient Portal

NextMD is a patient portal service that eliminates time-consuming phone calls and allows you, the patient, online access to your physician’s office. All requests or questions will be answered within 24 business hours. With respect to system security, unlike emails that use multiple servers over the internet, the NextMD technology allows your doctor to use a single server secured by both a firewall and 128-bit encryption to safeguard your privacy.

  • Access and request personal or general information.
  • Receive and review lab results within days of the testing.
  • Request a non-urgent appointment or confirm an appointment. For all urgent issues, we ask that you call our office.
  • Request medication refills.
  • Receive documents from your doctor such as immunization records, return to work/school forms, lab result cards, and visit summaries.

Things to Know About a Virtual Visit:

  1. Patients must have a computer or mobile device with audio/video enabled and Wi-Fi access. For your PC or laptop you will also need updated versions of Google Chrome or Firefox. Remember that your microphone and video on your device must be enabled.
  2. After you schedule your appointment, you will be sent a link via text or email from Phreesia, our patient kiosk solution. Open the link and complete your Previst registration prior to arriving for your appointment. Insurance

“Accepted” means that The NeuLine Clinic has agreed to provide care to the customers of a particular insurance program. We would like to be able to participate in all insurance programs; however, this is a complex decision which considers the availability of hospitals, specialists, referral restrictions, and drug formularies.

Please bring your insurance card to every visit!

Please note: Specific benefits and co-payments are determined by your plan. If we participate in your health plan, we will file a claim with your insurance carrier for the services provided. However, if your plan requires you to pay a co-payment or deductible, this will be due at the time of service. If we do not participate with your health plan, full payment for your services will be collected at the time of your visit. As a courtesy, for most insurance companies we will file the claim to your insurance carrier and they will reimburse you directly. Please see our Payment Policy for additional details.

We are pleased to participate in several Medicare Advantage plans.

Uninsured? We Offer Direct Primary Care

Billing Information

Benefits

Benefits, which are those expenses for which your insurances will pay, vary with your insurance plan. Please familiarize yourself with your insurance benefits prior to your appointment to minimize confusion regarding your plan coverage. Please understand that you or your guarantor are responsible for all incurred charges and that filing an insurance claim neither guarantees payment of that claim by your insurance carrier nor relieves you of that responsibility. Please bring your insurance card to every visit!

Payment Policy

As a courtesy, we will file the claim to your insurance carrier and they will reimburse you directly. However, if we do not participate in your health plan, full payment will be collected at the time of your visit. If you do not have health insurance and choose to pay for your services in full at the time of your visit, we will discount your charges by 20%.

Dispute Resolution

If you feel that your claim has not been handled correctly by your insurance carrier, please contact your carrier as soon as possible regarding any discrepancies. Please refer to the phone number listed on your insurance card.

Contact Us

We take great pride in providing all our patients with the highest quality service. To better serve you, we would like to hear your concerns, compliments, and complaints.
